about

Message To No One is one of the more reflective songs in the album, and I decided it could do with a version that does away with a lot of the effects and noise elements. This is just clean guitar, less noisy drums, and no heavy guitars.

lyrics

Trying hard
To see what it all
Means to me
Pushing out
To the gateway
To our soul's embrace
To our birthplace
To our rightful place

To our home...

And we must make a journey
And we must strive together
For if we do not falter
Then we shall reach the heavens

And I know
That you and I must go
To a place
Where all we know is
Warmth and love and happiness
I used to think that I knew where we were going
But now that I know it was all a lie
As we break from the womb, into the New World
I just hold onto you, and say goodbye

And we must make our journey
And we must strive together
For if we do not falter
Then we shall reach the heavens

And we must make our journey
And we must strive together
For if we do not falter
Then we shall reach the heavens

Then we shall reach the heavens...
